The aim of this paper is to report updated information about the herpetofauna of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) Oasis “Macchiagrande”. Several studies have been conducted, some of which are still in progress, on some species widespread in the study area (Lissotriton meridionalis, Emys orbicularis, Testudo hermanni, Podarcis muralis, Podarcis siculus), but a complete discussion of all species of Amphibians and Reptiles present in the Oasis was still missing.
