During June 2010 in some areas of Teramo (“Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga” National Park) new data on the distribution of some rare or little known butterflies have benn taken (i.e. Anthocharis euphenoides, Hamearis lucina, Cupido osiris, Iolana iolas and Lasiommata petropolitana). These data are the first report, or complete the very scarce data in the district of Teramo.
